Dishoom Permit Room
All-day Bombay-inspired bar and kitchen in the Lanes. BRAVO-winning cocktails, bottomless chai.
Brighton is packed with restaurants worth making a reservation for. The Lanes have the fine dining, North Laine does the creative independents, and Kemptown keeps things honest. Seafood is the obvious call — you're on the coast — but the Indian restaurants along Preston Street, the Italian places scattered everywhere, and the sheer volume of vegan options mean you'll never run out of ideas.
