The new one-day dance festival takes over Stanmer Park on Saturday 26 September, gates at midday, strictly 18+. Hybrid Minds, JME, MK, Wilkinson and Max Dean sit at the top of a lineup that now runs past thirty names. Tickets are on sale through Skiddle and See Tickets.

The final wave of names adds D.O.D, Oden & Fatzo, Saoirse, Redlight, Pola & Bryson, Technimatic, Simula, Harriet Jaxxon, Ellia Jaya and Voltage, with more besides. Read the lineup as a map of where UK dance music is right now. Drum and bass takes the biggest share, grime gets its moment with JME, and the house end stretches out through MK, Saoirse and Oden & Fatzo.

Patterns, Concorde 2, Volks and Quarters all have their names on it, alongside Worried About Henry, DnB Rollers and Groove Cartel. If you’ve spent any Friday nights on Brighton’s seafront strip in the last few years, you’ll know exactly what each of those rooms sounds like. This is that, scaled up to a park.

One thing to get straight, because the names are close enough to send people to the wrong checkout: this is not Boundary Brighton. That festival also calls Stanmer Park home. Beyond Boundaries is the new arrival, a separate event from a different team, landing later in the month. Check the date on your ticket says 26 September and you’re in the right field.

Stanmer Park sits on the northern edge of the city, with Falmer station close by and buses running from the centre. The organisers say the site holds 15,000, which would make this one of the bigger one-day events Brighton has hosted. For the rest of the city’s after-dark options, our Brighton clubs guide covers the venues behind those stage takeovers.
